Day 1.Check in Windhoek station. 08:00. Depart.09:00Light lunch on the train. Afternoon wine tasting excursion at Omaruru. Dinner and overnight on train
Day 2. Breakfast 07:00. Train stops for transfer to Etosha app. 12:00. Short afternoon game drive with sundowner. Evening Barbeque. Game viewing at waterhole. Overnight in Etosha Namutoni camp.
Day 3. Early morning game drive with breakfast Transfer to train and depart for Windhoek. Lunch dinner and overnight on the train.
Day 4. Breakfast and lunch on the train,. Excursion.
Arrive Windhoek app. 14:00.

Smoking on The Desert Express is only allowed in demarcated areas.

6 Day Windhoek – Swakopmund – Etosha Holiday 10 - 15 July 2006
Day 1. Depart Windhoek 14:30. Dinner & overnight on the train.
Day 2. Arrive Swakopmund 10:00. Excursions around Swakopmund.
Dinner, overnight & breakfast on the train.
Day 3. Sight seeing tour around Walvis Bay to the lagoon, salt works and dune 7. Depart 14:00 for Otjiwarongo for overnight.
Day 4. Depart 05:00 for Etosha. Transfer to Etosha 12:00. Afternoon game drive with sundowner in the veldt.
Dinner (BBQ). Evening around waterhole.
Day 5. Early game drive with breakfast in the veldt. Transfer to train and depart for Windhoek. Dinner and overnight on train at Otjiwarongo.
Day 6. Depart for Windhoek with breakfast and lunch on the train. Arrive Windhoek 14:00.
Cost - : N$6500 per person sharing . N$7272.00 single.

email dx@transnamib.com.na or by Using the Online Booking form.
2.Dietary requirements must be made in writing at reservation stage.
3.The quoted rate includes accommodation, meals, transfers, levies, excursions and VAT. Drinks and other items of a personal nature are to be settled direct onboard.
4. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer (please fax copy of deposit slip).
a) 10% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of booking
b) Full payment due 60 days prior to departure.

5. Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed and paid booking must be received in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
a) Up to 30 days prior to departure – 50% of full amount
b)15 days prior to departure – 100%
6. Children over 12 pay the adult sharing rate.
7. It is recommended that all passengers be in possession of travel insurance.
8. No refund will be made if for any reason inclusions of the tour cannot be carried out or utilized.
9. Quoted rates include Agents Commission.
